PROGRAM OUTLINE

• The program is divided into two parts and takes approximately 4-6 weeks to complete.
• The program is 100% Online and comprises of multiple sessions with our Wellness Experts.
• This includes various online courses, workshops, mock sessions, etc.
• The program starts with an Orientation Session with the Facilitating Coach
• The first part gives you access to all the 9 online courses that you would need to complete. Each has its own completion certificate.
• The second part consists of the hands-on experience where our facilitators would conduct mock sessions on the Foundation Course.
• Subsequently, the participants would be delivering mock sessions on all the 8 Dimensions of Wellness.
• This is followed by an online Assessment Test.
• On successfull completion - The Course Certificate is awarded by the Wellness Seekers Academy.
